I signed up for a free seven day subscription and cant even get into Cinemax. They make it so difficult. The Customer Service doesnt even answer the phone.

I was double booked, charged twice. I have called the theater (Cinemax Rockwall, TX) and they said to call Cinemax corporate. I cannot get through and am very frustrated.

I don't really use it. All I know is that we don't watch it along with the other channels that were not part of the Spectrum bundle.

The previews took as long as half the movie. My family and I were debating leaving.
It is very annoying, and it gets very aggravating. Please make the previews shorter.
I've been to many different movie theaters, and the previews are less than half as long. You guys really need to shorten the previews ASAP!

Because there is a movie called The Hitcher with Rutger Hauer available on YouTube with the option to rent or buy through Cinemax streaming. When I go to look for the option to buy all I see is the option to rent. I want to be ablavailable on YouTube

I called to cancel the service yesterday, which I did, but I am paid up till the 25th, and the service is cut off. I will be requesting money back from my bank, so service should continue until the 25th. I got service to watch the Pacers game.
